14-Day Return Policy


We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:


  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



 

 

How to Start a Return


To begin a return, please contact us at lamaarfragrances@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you:


  • A return shipping label
  • Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package


Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues


Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:


  • Your item is defective
  • Damaged in transit
  • You received the wrong item



We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.



 

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 

Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned:


  • Custom products (e.g. personalized items, special orders)
  • Personal care products (e.g. opened fragrance bottles)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification.


To qualify:


  • The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in the original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required


 

Refunds



Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.


If approved:


  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund
