Return and Refund Policy

At Lamaar Fragrances, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our luxury scents. Because fragrances are personal care items that involve hygienic sensitivities, we maintain a strict No-Return/No-Refund policy on all purchases once they have been dispatched.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

We prioritize the integrity and safety of our products for every customer. The following points outline why we cannot accept returns:

Hygiene & Safety Standards: As fragrances are consumable personal care products, they cannot be resold or reused once they have left our climate-controlled facility. To ensure every bottle delivered to our customers is brand new and uncontaminated, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
Fragrance Integrity: Exposure to light, temperature fluctuations, and air can alter the delicate composition of high-end perfume oils. We cannot guarantee the stability or quality of a fragrance once it has been outside of our controlled environment.
Finality of Experience: Scent is a deeply subjective experience. We encourage all customers to explore our discovery sets and sample collections to find their perfect scent before committing to a full-sized bottle, as we are unable to accept returns based on personal scent preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we stand by the quality of our engineering. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect—such as a malfunctioning atomizer or a compromised bottle—we are committed to resolving the issue.

To report a manufacturing defect:

Capture Proof: Please provide a clear video demonstrating the defect (e.g., a non-functional spray mechanism).
Submit Claim: Send the video evidence along with your order number to lamaarfragrances@gmail.com.
Resolution: Our team will review your submission promptly. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Please note: Claims regarding manufacturing defects must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
