We strive to get your fragrances to you as quickly as possible. Please note the following dispatch guidelines:

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST will be dispatched on the same business day.

Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 4:00 PM AEST will be dispatched on the next business day.

Processing Time: All orders are delivered within 1β3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We currently ship exclusively within Australia. Our shipping rates are designed to offer you the best value based on your order total:

Restricted Locations: We may be unable to ship to certain PO Boxes or specific remote locations. If your destination cannot be served, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
